These questions are designed to help us understand your current personal and business position in reference to fundability. We will use this information combined with your personal credit profile to analyze your eligibility and create a strategy for applying for funding.

First, we will reiterate the terms, conditions, and fees related to this service, and then we will get down to business.

There is no charge for your initial consultation as we review your goals and credit profile. Once you decide to move forward with consultation services, the consulting fee for company services is offered on a no-contingency basis, with the fee due if funding is approved by a participating lender, whether the client chooses to accept the loan or line of credit or not, or whether the client decides to activate the credit card or not.

The Borrower agrees to pay Prestige Capital Advisors LLC a consulting and loan placement fee of 9.99% of the total funded loan amount, which includes each loan, line of credit, and/or credit card, within 24 hours upon receipt of funding. In the event the Borrower does not pay within 24 hours, the Borrower consents that each loan, line of credit, and/or credit card may be closed and sent to collections.

Borrower understands such activity may be reported to credit bureaus and the entire balance with additional late fees shall apply and be due immediately. If you do not receive any approvals, you are not charged a consulting fee.

No Financial Advisory Services: Please be advised that Prestige Capital Advisors LLC does not offer financial advisory services. Our role is to assist in the preparation and submission of applications for business funding by leveraging strong personal guarantees. We encourage our clients to consult with a professional financial advisor or planner to ensure that any financial decisions made are in line with their overall financial strategy and goals.

No Guarantee of Approval: Prestige Capital Advisors LLC makes no guarantees regarding the approval of any funding application. The decision to approve any loan or credit facility rests solely with the lender, based on their criteria, assessments, and discretion. Our expertise lies in presenting your application in the most favorable light, but we cannot influence the final decision of lenders.

Borrower Responsibility: Clients are reminded that borrowing involves a level of risk and requires a commitment to repay the borrowed amount in accordance with the terms agreed upon with the lender. It is the responsibility of each client to borrow responsibly and to consider the implications of taking on debt, including the potential impact on personal and business finances.

Impact on Credit: Failure to repay borrowed funds in a timely manner can negatively affect both your personal and business credit scores. This can have long-term implications for your ability to secure future financing and may affect your financial health. We urge all clients to carefully review the terms of any loan or credit agreement, including the repayment schedule, interest rates, and any penalties for late or missed payments.
